General Terms & Applicability

888 Gaming (referred to herein as "we", "the platform", or "888 Gaming") is an international online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between 888 Gaming and its members.

This agreement takes effect as soon as you complete registration on 888 Gaming or begin using any of the platform's services. By registering, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

888 Gaming reserves the right to update these terms at any time. If changes are published on the website and you continue using the service, you will be considered to have accepted the updated terms. Account Registration & Personal Information

To open an account with 888 Gaming, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old — 888 Gaming services are strictly prohibited for minors.
• Each individual may operate one account only. Opening multiple accounts using the same name, address, phone number, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate and complete information at registration — including your name, phone number, date of birth, and address. Providing false information may result in account suspension.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
• If your personal details change — such as your phone number or address — please update them promptly.

• Bonuses are available to eligible members only. Each member may receive a given bonus once.
• A wagering requirement — also known as a playthrough condition — is the amount you must bet before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Minimum odds apply to bets placed with bonus funds — typically 1.50 or higher. Bets placed at lower odds will not count toward the wagering requirement.
• If wagering requirements are not met before the bonus expires, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• A maximum withdrawal limit may apply to bonus winnings — this will be specified separately for each offer.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses across multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

888 Gaming reserves the right to modify or discontinue any ongoing bonus offer at any time. However, the terms of any bonus that has already been activated will not be changed.

Betting Rules & Event Policy

The following rules apply when placing bets on 888 Gaming:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless the Cash Out feature is available and active.
• Minimum bet ৳10. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event.
• If a match or event is cancelled, your stake will be refunded. If a suspended match resumes, all bets on it remain valid.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error or human mistake, 888 Gaming reserves the right to correct the odds and void any bets placed at those odds.
• Odds change rapidly in live betting. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
• If match-fixing is suspected, 888 Gaming may suspend or void the bets in question.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at 888 Gaming and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so.
• Bonus abuse — including attempting to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts or coordinating bets to meet bonus requirements.
• Arbitrage betting — attempting to generate risk-free profit by exploiting differences in odds.
• Placing bets using inside information or where the outcome is known in advance.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Misrepresenting yourself as 888 Gaming or acting in its name to mislead third parties.

888 Gaming may suspend an account at any time for investigation if suspicious activity is detected. Withdrawals may be placed on hold during the investigation period. If fraud is confirmed, all funds will be forfeited.

Account Closure & Termination

888 Gaming may close an account at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice — particularly in cases of Terms & Conditions violations. Members may also close their account at any time.

Any legitimate funds remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the member — provided there has been no bonus abuse or breach of the rules.

As part of responsible gaming, members can activate self-exclusion at any time — for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. During self-exclusion, no new accounts may be opened and no bonus offers will be sent.

Limitation of Liability & Jurisdiction

888 Gaming is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages to the extent permitted by law — including missed bets due to internet outages, data loss caused by technical errors, or losses arising from third-party actions.

888 Gaming's total liability shall in no case exceed the value of the transaction in question.

Any dispute arising from this agreement will first be addressed through negotiation. If unresolved, it will be settled through the courts or arbitration in the country where 888 Gaming is registered.

Changes, Updates & Notices

888 Gaming periodically reviews and updates these terms as needed. Before any changes take effect:

• A notice will be posted in a prominent location on the website.
• You will be notified of significant changes via your registered email or SMS.
• The effective date of the changes will be clearly stated.

Continuing to use the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you object to any change, you have the option to close your account.
